Afraid to Love

This is a poem that I wrote when I was learning the outcomes of love and this is what I am afraid of.

Afraid to Love

I'm not afraid to show the world who I am,

for I am special in my own way

I am not afraid to get back up

because I will be stronger than ever

I am not afraid to do what is right

because that shows that I am great

I am not afraid to run

because I have speed

I am not afraid to fight

for I have a great will

However I am afraid to Love

because I will be broken to pieces

after a matter of

seconds.
